“I’m mad about you Cafe Maddalena!

My husband took me here for my birthday! What a pleasant surprise finding this gorgeous cafe tucked downa side street in historic downtown Dunsmuir.
The ambiance is fantastic. We felt like we were attending a family gathering. Lots of friendly people and great service.
I ordered the salmon and husband ordered the steak. We ordered the hummus for an appetizer and for dessert we had the sherry and chocolate cake and creme brule! All of this topped off with a bottle of wine.

“We tried this place on a Friday fellas night out. Everything was fantastic. From the hummus plate, olives, clams, butternut squash fritters, beets salad, our entrees (Sole, filet mignon, lamb shank, roasted salmon, Pinot Noir), to the dessert- Port (walnut cake, pear tart, crème brûlée)
